Chiến lược & Quản lý vận hành

  • Xây dựng, triển khai chiến lược kinh doanh F&B phù hợp với định hướng của Tập đoàn.
  • Lập kế hoạch doanh thu, ngân sách chi phí, lợi nhuận và đảm bảo đạt/ vượt mục tiêu đề ra.
  • Giám sát vận hành các nhà hàng, quán cà phê, khu ẩm thực, bar... trong hệ thống.
  • Kiểm soát chất lượng món ăn, đồ uống, dịch vụ và trải nghiệm khách hàng.

Phát triển sản phẩm & thương hiệu

  • Xây dựng, phát triển và định vị thương hiệu F&B của Tập đoàn.
  • Cùng đội ngũ R&D nghiên cứu, phát triển menu, concept mới và chương trình khuyến mãi.
  • Đảm bảo hình ảnh, phong cách, nhận diện của từng thương hiệu nhất quán và khác biệt.

Quản trị nhân sự

  • Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ quản lý & nhân viên F&B.
  • Xây dựng quy trình vận hành, tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ (SOP), đánh giá hiệu suất định kỳ.
  • Tạo môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, năng động và giữ chân nhân tài.

Tài chính & Kiểm soát

  • Theo dõi và kiểm soát chi phí nguyên vật liệu, nhân công, vận hành.
  • Đánh giá báo cáo doanh thu, lợi nhuận, hiệu quả hoạt động từng đơn vị.
  • Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan (Marketing, Mua hàng, Kế toán...) để tối ưu chi phí và doanh thu.

Đối ngoại & Phát triển hệ thống

  • Làm việc với đối tác, nhà cung cấp, thương hiệu nhượng quyền hoặc đầu tư.
  • Khảo sát thị trường, đề xuất mở rộng, tái cấu trúc hoặc nhượng quyền chuỗi F&B.
  • Đại diện Tập đoàn trong các sự kiện, hội nghị, hoạt động truyền thông F&B.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị Nhà hàng – Khách sạn, Kinh doanh, Marketing hoặc các ngành liên quan.
  • Có tối thiểu 7–10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực F&B, trong đó ít nhất 3 năm ở vị trí tương đương.
  • Hiểu biết sâu về vận hành, phát triển sản phẩm, trải nghiệm khách hàng và quản trị tài chính trong F&B.
  • Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, giao tiếp, đàm phán và tư duy chiến lược tốt.
  • Có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường áp lực cao, định hướng kết quả và sáng tạo.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm quản lý chuỗi thương hiệu F&B hoặc mô hình đa thương hiệu (multi-brand).
  • Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt.
