Responsibilities

  • Research and build a database of potential suppliers in relevant business sectors (Marketing, Media, Events, etc.);
  • Negotiate and sign contracts with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms;
  • Track and monitor the status of goods and services after placing orders;
  • Follow up on accounts payable and coordinate supplier payment procedures;
  • Continuously update, assess, and develop the supplier system to enhance purchasing efficiency;
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers;
  • Receive and verify purchasing requests and quotations from other departments;
  • Coordinate with relevant departments during contract execution and delivery, and handle any issues that may arise throughout the procurement process.

Qualifications

  • College degree or higher in a related field (Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.);
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar purchasing/procurement role;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and proactive with a passion for procurement;
  • Knowledge of risk management and procurement best practices;
  • Familiarity with marketing-related procurement is an advantage;
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor;
  • Open to both male and female candidates.
