  • Update and search for product suppliers, develop supplier networks to ensure efficient procurement.
  • Conduct periodic supplier evaluations.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments during contract execution and goods receipt; handle/report issues arising during implementation.
  • Monitor the status of goods after placing orders.
  • Liaise with logistics/transport providers to deliver goods to the warehouse.
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues in case of defective products.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience (or strong academic achievements at universities).
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good at English
  • Preference for candidates who know Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.
