**What We Can Offer**:

- Conduct purchasing activities (small to medium value) independently including all related works from the inquiry, throughout the whole order process up to delivery and including after order activities (claims, etc.)
- Conduct import/export, logistics activities (small to medium value) independently including all related works from the inquiry, throughout the whole order process up to delivery and including after order activities (claims, etc.)
- Collect market price information for materials and transportation services and create overviews about price developments
- Assist in enlarging the supplier data base
- Support as translator in meetings with all suppliers, clients and negotiations
- Communication and order processing with suppliers, forwarders, customs agents and others
- Translate documents (English to Vietnamese and Vietnamese to English)
- Support to develop and enlarge the supplier data base and attend audits of potential new suppliers
- Support the worldwide ThyssenKrupp purchasing network in purchasing activities in the region
- Handle domestic and international shipments (planning, paperwork, follow-up)
- Other upcoming administrative works
- Any other task as instructed by the line Manager

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in international purchasing position for an international company
- Ability to work well within a team and across international organizations
- Strong level of resilience, tenacity, flexibility and initiative
- Good knowledge about relevant domestic and international law for purchasing contracts
- Willingness to travel
- Working experiences in international purchasing for an international company
- Experiences in customs clearance and other export related works
- Experiences in general logistics procedure (shipping arrangements domestic and international)
- Experiences in SAP/MM software
