Position Objectives:
Support the Continuous Improvement (CI) Department in recording, tracking, and visualizing improvement projects related to both product and process, with the goal of enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and improving product quality. The role also involves gathering feedback and identifying bottlenecks across departments to propose effective improvement solutions.
Responsibility:
1.CI Project Management
- Record, update, and track CI Projects, including Product CI (quality, design, materials, packaging, testing) and Process CI (production, inspection, operation, logistics).
- Maintain and update CI tracking sheets to monitor project progress (Plan vs. Actual).
Prepare and summarize progress reports for weekly/monthly CI meetings.
Process Understanding & Bottleneck Identification
Collect and record bottlenecks, pain points, and improvement opportunities from different departments (Production, QC, Procurement, Warehouse, etc.).
- Work with cross-functional teams to analyze root causes and identify areas with high improvement potential.
Support the CI Manager in developing and implementing corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
Reporting & Presentation
Prepare PowerPoint reports for CI projects (Before vs. After, KPI improvement, cost saving, etc.).
- Support data visualization and create dashboards for management (Power BI, Excel Dashboard, or Google Data Studio is a plus).
Present data and findings in a clear, visual, and logical way to management and stakeholders.
Documentation & Communication
Maintain and update all CI project documentation (Excel, PPT, Google Drive).
- Coordinate with various departments to collect data, align on improvement goals, and ensure timely project follow-up.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Education: College or University degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Entry level (no prior experience required, training will be provided).
- Technical Skills: Strong in PowerPoint and Excel; ability to present data effectively. Knowledge of Power BI / Google Data Studio / Canva is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, logical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and organization skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Language: English communication and reporting skills are must.
