We harness the transformative power of blockchain to reshape the global economy and enhance access to capital, partnering with enterprises, government agencies, and startups to launch innovative applications.We are looking for a Business Development Associate with at least 
1 year of relevant experience
 to join a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support partner outreach, ecosystem mapping, and follow-ups across Web3/crypto verticals.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in Web3, and convert insights into actionable briefs.
  • Prepare materials for BD conversations (presentations, notes, summaries) and join partner calls.
  • Manage pipelines, track progress, ensure next steps are executed on time.
  • Coordinate with product, marketing, and ops to support BD initiatives and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
     in BD, partnerships, research, or related roles.
  • Background in Web3
     is required; 
    DeFi experience is a strong plus
    .
  • Strong 
    self-learning and research skills
    , able to quickly understand new concepts.
  • Good to strong English proficiency
    , especially 
    speaking and listening
    , as you will work closely with an international co-founder.
  • Serious and professional attitude; able to work independently and take ownership.
  • Strong commitment to deadlines
    , ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed as promised.
  • Comfortable in a 
    focused, no-drama work environment
     where the priority is execution and results.
