We are looking for a confident, forward-thinking
Business Development Associate (Sales Outbound)
who can work well under pressure and who exhibits a spirit of excellence to generate our business.

What you'll do/ Mô tả công việc

  • Sales and lead sourcing: Acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensuring weekly sales targets are achieved
  • Negotiation and closing of deals: Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and to ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership
  • Sales operations: Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner
  • Brand ambassador: Become the face of Lalamove when engaging local partners to promote our services and values
  • Generate New Business Revenue as per Targets
  • Drive new business prospecting throughout the Territory/VM Assigned
  • Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager
  • Work time: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
  • Work location: No. 10, Pho Quang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC

  • Đàm phán và chốt giao dịch: Tham gia các cuộc đàm phán với khách hàng doanh nghiệp để xây dựng quan hệ đối tác đôi bên cùng có lợi, thúc đẩy sự phát triển bền vững.
  • Vận hành bán hàng: Đảm bảo thực hiện đúng và đầy đủ các Chính sách và Quy trình Vận hành Tiêu chuẩn một cách kịp thời và chính xác.
  • Đại diện cho Lalamove khi tiếp xúc với các đối tác ở địa phương để quảng bá dịch vụ và giá trị của công ty.
  • Đạt được doanh thu mới dựa trên mục tiêu đã đề ra.
  • Thúc đẩy hoạt động tìm kiếm doanh nghiệp mới trên khắp khu vực/ thị trường được phân công.
  • Thực hiện các dự án đặc biệt/theo yêu cầu của Quản lý trực tiếp/ Trưởng phòng.

What you'll need/ Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor/ College's degree, preferably in marketing or business related subjects;
  • Min 3 years solid experience in business development or sales within logistics or a fast-paced and related industry;
  • Outstanding presentation & communications skills;
  • Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines;
  • Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English;
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Self motivated, proactive, take ownership and personal responsibility;
  • Hard working & friendly team player, enthusiastic and adaptable;

  • Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển kinh doanh, hoặc bán hàng trong ngành logistics;
  • Kỹ năng thuyết trình và giao tiếp tốt;
  • Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc dưới áp lực;
  • Thành thạo tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh viết;
  • Sử dụng thành thạo MS Excel, Word và PowerPoint.
