The Role:

About the Role

As a Business Development Associate at OORTech, you'll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, expanding partnerships, and driving adoption of our Web3 products and services. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone fluent in Vietnamese and English, with a deep interest in blockchain, crypto, and decentralized technology.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and developers in the Web3 ecosystem
  • Drive outreach in both Vietnamese and English-speaking markets
  • Qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and market strategy
  • Represent OORTech in online communities, forums, and Web3/crypto events in the APAC region
  • Analyze trends in blockchain, crypto, and decentralized technologies to inform strategy
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on business development KPIs
Ideal Profile:

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (Web3/crypto/blockchain industry strongly preferred)
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, and DeFi/NFT trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and communication platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Twitter)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is a plus
