Role Description

This is a remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The main responsibility in this role is to identify and develop new business leads, build strong client relationships, and close sales to meet predetermined targets. The role also involves maintaining market knowledge, preparing sales reports, and collaborating closely with the team to achieve business objectives. A successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional salesmanship and customer service skills while representing Golden Night Investment in a professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in market research, networking, and understanding customer needs
  • Proficiency in generating sales reports and tracking results
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Background in the meat, seafood, or trading industries is a plus
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment
