Our client is a securities company in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.
- Develop and implement the branch's business plan as approved by the Board of Management.
- Manage the staff team: assign tasks, supervise, and evaluate performance.
- Develop individual and corporate clients; drive revenue from brokerage, margin and other products and services.
- Manage risk and compliance: ensure trading, account opening and margin activities are conducted in accordance with regulations.
- Manage costs, monitor business results and prepare periodic reports.
- Build a professional working environment and provide training and development for staff.
- University degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or related fields.
- Proficient in English.
- Securities Practicing Certificate as required by regulations.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Skills: leadership, communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving and business development.
- Personal qualities: proactive, decisive, responsible, and able to work under high pressure.
