Role Description

  • Monitor and manage financial products such as Margin, Derivatives, Covered Warrants (CW), etc.
  • Conduct market research, collect information on competitors, and assess customer needs regarding financial products and services.
  • Research and update legal documents and regulations issued by regulatory authorities related to financial products. Coordinate with relevant departments to revise and update internal procedures when there are regulatory changes.
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies (SSC/VNX, etc.) and other relevant departments (if any).
  • Participate in the development of management, operational, and testing procedures for new products.
  • Support and provide training to Brokers during the transaction process of the company's financial products.
  • Research and propose product improvements and system feature enhancements to meet customer needs when trading the company's financial products.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned or directed by the Head of Department or the Board of Management (if any).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Economics, Finance, or Securities.
  • Possess a Securities Practicing Certificate and Derivatives Certificate.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of VBA is an advantage.
  • Strong English reading comprehension skills.
  • Ability to analyze and plan projects.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
