What you'll do:

As an Electronic Chip Procurement Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing every aspect of the procurement journey for electronic chips.   • Manage order backlogs efficiently by scheduling shipments in line with client expectations and proactively resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
  • Supervise delivery management activities including logistics planning, shipment tracking, customs filings, and timely resolution of any logistical challenges encountered.
  • Maintain active communication with client warehouse teams as well as quality assurance and sales departments to guarantee smooth fulfilment of requests and prompt issue resolution.

  • Fluency in English with confidence in conducting business negotiations via email correspondence and formal documentation in an international context.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis as well as Word and PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a talent for applying existing solutions creatively to resolve complex challenges within procurement operations.
  • Familiarity with best practices in improving products or services based on internal or external business insights gained through market research or benchmarking studies.
