Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Phú Quốc. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include managing project planning and execution, leading project teams, liaising with stakeholders, monitoring progress, handling logistics, expediting materials, and ensuring inspections are conducted thoroughly. The role also involves resolving project challenges and maintaining efficient communication among team members and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Project Management and experience leading projects from planning to completion
  • Knowledge and skills in Expediting and Expeditor-related processes in construction projects
  • Proficiency in Inspection and ensuring quality standards in construction execution
  • Experience with Logistics Management and coordination of supplies and materials
  • Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site and manage diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Previous work experience in the construction consulting industry is an advantage
  • Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations in Vietnam
