Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning & Development Manager located in Phú Quốc. The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee skills and development. They will assess training needs, create engaging programs, and evaluate effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics. Collaboration with department leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals will be key. Additionally, this role involves managing budgets, staying informed about the latest training trends, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Learning & Development strategies, training design, and implementation
  • Ability to assess employee needs, track progress, and evaluate training outcomes
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of modern learning technologies, tools, and methodologies
  • Experience in hospitality or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Behavioral skills including creativity, adaptability, and the ability to motivate teams
