Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Phú Quốc for a Hotel Manager to oversee and ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of our hotel. The responsibilities include leading and mentoring teams, maintaining exceptional service standards, managing budgets, and ensuring profitability. The Hotel Manager will also be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, adhering to brand standards, driving marketing initiatives, maintaining operational efficiency, and enforcing safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in leadership, team management, and operational oversight
  • Expertise in financial management, budget planning, and cost control
  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence
  • Experience in implementing marketing strategies to enhance occupancy and revenue
  • Knowledge of compliance with health, safety, and legal standards in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in working with hotel management software and related tools
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in hospitality leadership roles is preferred
