Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Duty Manager located in Phú Quốc. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service for guests while solving any operational challenges that arise. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing guest relations, maintaining compliance with company policies, and coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless service. The role also involves monitoring facility upkeep, handling escalations, implementing operational improvements, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service, guest relations, and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and team management experience with the ability to supervise and motivate staff
  • Operational knowledge of hotel or hospitality management systems, processes, and compliance
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in professional environments
  • Experience in conflict resolution and handling operational challenges effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills and international hospitality experience are a plus
