Manage all purchasing activities, both domestic and international, to ensure timely and quality supply of raw materials and production components. Simultaneously, optimize costs, control suppliers, and minimize inventory risks.

  1. Supplier Management and Development

  2. Identify, source, select, evaluate, and develop new suppliers both domestically and internationally.

  3. Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and build long-term cooperation policies.

  4. Purchasing Planning

  5. Develop purchasing plans aligned with production needs.

  6. Monitor and control purchasing costs; identify opportunities for cost reduction.

  7. Collaborate with the production planning and inventory departments to ensure accurate ordering plans.

  8. Negotiation, Ordering, and Order Tracking

  9. Directly negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other relevant conditions with suppliers.

  10. Track the progress of purchase orders; handle delays, shortages, and order discrepancies.

  11. Manage the importation of goods and materials; establish standard operating procedures for purchasing activities.

  12. Warehouse Management

  13. Oversee the management of all raw materials and goods in the warehouse.

  14. Prepare monthly reports on materials and inventory levels.

  15. Human Resource Management

  16. Organize, assign tasks, and manage subordinates in the purchasing department.

  17. Conduct regular staff performance evaluations.

  18. Develop training plans for team members.

  19. Ensure the team is capable of effective communication with suppliers.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Graduated from University
  • English: At least Strong Intermediate level (Equivalent Toeic 750 + or Ielts 5.5+)
  • Having at least 3 years experience as Purchasing Leader, Purchasing Supervisor, Purchasing Specialist, Senior Purchasing or Purchasing Assistant Manager.
  • Having experience to handle both Purchasing and warehouse activites.
  • Good at Microsoft office.
  • Experienced with data analysis tools, with strong ability to synthesize and process information
  • Having experience to manage members.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and meticulous
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate, with a strong willingness to learn and grow independently
