About The Team
The Shopee Vietnam Cross-Border team drives both import and export activities. On the import side, the team brings an exciting range of products from Japan, Korea, and China to delight Vietnamese consumers. On the export side, it empowers local sellers to expand internationally, reaching buyers across Southeast Asian markets.

The team is made up of passionate problem-solvers and cross-cultural explorers. In their day-to-day work, they collaborate closely with local teams in Vietnam, Shopee's Singapore headquarters, and sourcing teams in China, Korea, and Japan to ensure smooth operations. At the same time, they continuously adapt growth strategies to keep pace with evolving consumer demands and changes in the regulatory landscape.

Job Description

  • Assortment Strategy: Develop assortment plans by leveraging the supply strengths of China, Japan, and Korea, aligning them with the evolving needs of Vietnamese consumers.
  • Growth Project PMO: Lead cross-functional stakeholders to execute strategic growth initiatives, such as Local Fulfillment (LFF), Seller Localization (CNLS/KRLS), and content–ecommerce integration projects.
  • Platform Resource Planning & Optimization: Design and optimize price-related marketing schemes and seller programs to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish efficient operational routines and a robust performance management system to track progress, ensure accountability, and achieve business objectives.
  • Team Building & Leadership: Foster a fact-based, results-driven, and growth-oriented team culture
