Job Description

This internship supports digital sales and growth activities focused on clients in Singapore and the region. The role involves online lead generation, outreach, basic qualification of prospects, and maintaining the sales pipeline for our consulting and AI-enabled services. You will collaborate with delivery teams in Vietnam to ensure smooth coordination once potential clients move into engagement stages.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients using LinkedIn, social platforms, online databases, and relevant professional communities.
  • Research target companies and key contacts.
  • Use automation tools (CRM, prospecting tools, outreach platforms) to build and manage lead lists.
  • Review learning materials daily to understand industry context and communication styles.

Sales Outreach & Communication

  • Conduct structured outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
  • Qualify leads, understand initial needs, and arrange calls for senior team members.
  • Prepare basic pitch materials, short proposals, and follow-up messages.
  • Apply consistent messaging related to market entry, BPO/EOR services, and AI-supported operations.

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Update CRM entries and track follow-up activities.
  • Monitor lead status and response progress.
  • Prepare weekly activity summaries.

Campaign & Content Support

  • Assist in developing sales materials such as one-pagers, case references, and outreach templates.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to match outreach with ongoing campaigns.
  • Support creation of short-form content for LinkedIn as needed.

Requirements

  • Student or fresh graduates with strong potential and interest are welcome to apply.
  • Interest in digital sales, B2B growth, consulting, or cross-border markets.
  • Strong written English suitable for outreach to Singapore-based businesses.
  • Ability to learn fast and use automation tools (CRM, Notion, LinkedIn tools, etc.).
  • Research-driven, structured, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with online communication, remote selling, and data-driven workflows.
