SCOPE OF WORK
Responsibilities
This is not your ordinary internship. At Edtronaut, you'll have the unique opportunity to own projects, explore cutting-edge strategies, and make a measurable impact in the world of workforce development. Working in a fast-paced startup environment with a steep learning curve, you'll gain unparalleled exposure to digital marketing at the intersection of tech and business. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Digital Marketing Planning and Execution
• Plan and execute social media campaigns (organic + paid) to drive audience engagement and visibility.
• Manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, YouTube, including ad setup, optimization, and reporting.
• SEO and Email Marketing
• Optimize the Edtronaut website and content for search engines to improve visibility and traffic.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns. Support in building Email Marketing automation tools to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Performance and Data Tracking
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as CTR, ROI, and conversion rates, to measure campaign success.
• Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and refine marketing strategies for better outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Others
• Team Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional projects aligned with the founding team's objectives, contributing to Edtronaut's growth and mission.
• Engage in additional tasks and assignments that support overall marketing and content objectives.

Basic Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or CRM platforms (or eager to learn).
• Able to commit to a minimum of 4 days per week for a 6-month internship.

• Working with a youthful and fun team, mostly Gen Z, the founding team with solid experience and proven record globally and in VN including Consumer (Unilever, Nestle, Danone, etc.) and Tech (Lazada SEA, Indeed, Zendesk, Honestbee, etc.) and B2B
• Food and commute allowances (for on-site working), along with endorsements for your internship once finish the internship (after 3 - 6 months).
