We are looking for a
Growth Marketing Lead (AI/Blockchain Special Projects).
Your job is to drive user growth and revenue growth. You'll lead a small team and work directly with the core leadership to plan, execute, and optimize growth initiatives.
Responsibilities

  • Working closely with product and operations leads to defining product positioning and go-to-market plans.
  • Lead a small, multi-role team handling marketing, community, and partnerships.
  • Set weekly and monthly KPIs for team members and guide them to hit their targets.
  • Take ownership of key growth tasks and lead by example.
  • Coordinate with the dev team to shape product direction based on user and market feedback.
  • Plan and manage product launches from strategy to execution.
  • Track DAU, MAU, and revenue metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Adapt quickly to product or market changes in the fast-moving AI/Crypto space.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, or BD within AI or Blockchain projects.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (important).
  • Proven experience leading small teams and achieving measurable growth.
  • Strong understanding of user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Data-driven and comfortable working with performance metrics.
  • Familiar with crypto user behavior and market trends.
  • Able to work fast, prioritize, and adapt to changing products and goals.A
