Job Description

We are looking for an AI Integrator Intern who loves building automations, connecting tools, and "vibe coding" end‑to‑end workflows to power our voice agent for CRM and appointment scheduling. You will work closely with our tech lead to extend a production Voice Agent that responds to voice commands and can act on CRM data, calendar systems, and other internal tools.​

What you will do

• Build and maintain workflow automations using n8n to connect our Voice Agent with CRM, calendar, email, and internal tools.​
• Translate business requirements (like "book a meeting when the customer says yes") into clear n8n workflows and API calls.​
• Integrate third‑party services and internal systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON payloads.​
• Contribute to our backend services using Laravel/PHP to expose APIs that the Voice Agent and n8n workflows can call.​
• Help design and implement Laravel endpoints, database models, and logic to support CRM activities and appointment scheduling.​
• Work with the tech lead to wire together STT, LLM, and TTS components used by the Voice Agent (for example, transcribing calls, calling LLM tools, and generating responses).​
• Configure and test end‑to‑end "voice to action" flows: user speaks, voice agent understands intent, workflows run in n8n, and the result is confirmed back to the user.​
• Monitor, debug, and improve existing automations and APIs, fixing edge cases and improving reliability over time.​
• Document workflows, APIs, and integration patterns so other team members can understand and reuse your work.​

Tech stack you will work with

• n8n for building and orchestrating workflow automations and AI‑powered agents.​
• Laravel/PHP for backend APIs and services that power CRM actions, scheduling, and integration with internal systems.​
• REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for connecting CRM, calendars, and third‑party tools.​
• Modern AI services (STT, LLM, TTS) used in our Voice Agent, such as cloud speech recognition and large language model APIs.​
• Relational databases (for example MySQL or PostgreSQL) to store user data, call logs, and workflow state.​
• Git‑based workflow for version control and collaboration with the tech lead and wider engineering team.​

What we are looking for

• Currently studying and graduating in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).​
• Basic experience with PHP and Laravel (projects, coursework, or internships) and an interest in building APIs and backend services.​
• Familiarity with at least one scripting or programming language commonly used for integrations (for example PHP, JavaScript, or TypeScript).​
• Understanding of how REST APIs, HTTP requests, and JSON work in practice.​
• Curiosity about AI tools, large language models, and voice/agent systems, even if you have not worked with them deeply yet.​
• Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving skills; you enjoy turning messy business ideas into clear workflows and automations.​
• Comfortable reading technical documentation and experimenting with new tools using a "vibe coding" approach to quickly prototype solutions.​
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate closely with a tech lead and non‑technical stakeholders.​
