About the Company

About the Role
The Aisera Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven automation solutions using Aisera's platform. This includes end-to-end configuration, integration with enterprise systems, and optimization of AI workflows to meet stakeholder requirements. You will work in a fast-paced, agile environment—collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that modernize processes, improve service experiences, and drive operational excellence. The role involves continuous learning of new Aisera capabilities, identifying opportunities for system improvements, and applying best practices in AI automation.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy AI solutions to automate workflows across business domains.
- Integrate AI platform with enterprise applications, ITSM platforms, and data sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into functional AI workflows.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize AI performance to improve accuracy and user experience.
- Participate in agile development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Engaging in testing activities.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (JavaScript).
- Experience integrating APIs and web services (REST, GraphQL, SOAP).
- Experience integrating AI Agent with omni-channel such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Webchat, Email, and other channels.
- Hands-on experience with AI platform configuration and conversational automation.
- Familiarity with integration with enterprise platform (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
- Understanding of NLU/NLP concepts and conversational AI.
- Proactive and eager to learn emerging AI technologies and automation tools.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- A logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Good self-study skills and ability to research new technologies independently.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Experience in Software Development Lifecycle and methodologies such as Scrum and Agile.
