We're looking for an
Agentic Engineer
to design, build, and scale the
multi-agent workflows
that power Nūl's AI decision engine.

You'll work at the intersection of
AI orchestration, data pipelines, and system automation
— connecting forecasting, inventory, marketing, and trend agents into a seamless decision OS.

You'll build systems that think, act, and collaborate autonomously — not just models that predict.

What You'll Do

  • Design Agentic Workflows:
    Architect multi-agent systems that coordinate forecasting, replenishment, marketing, and production decisions.
  • Implement agent protocols:
    Develop and optimise
    Model Context Protocol (MCP)
    or
    Multi-Agent Coordination Protocol (MACP)
    based messaging between Nūl's agents.
  • Orchestrate tool use:
    Enable agents to autonomously call external APIs (Shopify, NetSuite, Google Trends, weather data, etc.) and internal data pipelines.
  • Develop reasoning & action loops:
    Build the logic that allows agents to reason about context, plan actions, and execute tool calls with feedback loops.
  • Integrate LLMs + structured data:
    Blend large language models with Nūl's structured inventory and sales data for contextual decision-making.
  • Monitor and debug agent behaviour:
    Build dashboards for agent logs, reasoning traces, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with product & data teams:
    Work closely with domain experts to translate business logic into agent workflows and reinforcement signals.

You'll Thrive If You Have

  • 3–6 years of experience in
    AI engineering, backend systems, or workflow automation
  • Strong foundation in Python
    (FastAPI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) or
    TypeScript
    (Node-based orchestration)
  • Experience with
    LLM tool orchestration
    ,
    function calling
    , or
    agentic frameworks
    (LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenDevin, etc.)
  • Understanding of
    event-driven architectures
    and
    state machines
  • Familiarity with API integrations
    (Shopify, ERP, analytics, or data sources like weather/trends/social signals)
  • Experience designing
    context passing
    ,
    task routing
    , and
    feedback mechanisms
    between autonomous agents
  • Curiosity about fashion, retail, and how AI can drive
    real-world operational decisions
  • Bonus: experience with reinforcement learning

    multi-agent simulations
