We are looking for a passionate
AI Engineer (Vision Language Model)
to advance our vision-language modeling capabilities. You will design and deploy intelligent systems that combine computer vision and natural language understanding to automate complex tasks. This role spans the full AI lifecycle—from data preparation and model development to optimization and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Model Development
    : Build and refine vision-language models using architectures like Transformers and CNNs for automation and multimodal understanding.
  • Data Engineering
    : Collect, annotate, and augment large-scale visual and textual datasets; apply synthetic data generation.
  • Training & Optimization
    : Train models on HPC environments; apply transfer learning and fine-tuning for task-specific performance.
  • Evaluation
    : Define benchmarks, validate outputs, and iterate for accuracy and scalability.
  • Research & Innovation
    : Stay current with CV/NLP trends; contribute to publications and internal innovation.
  • Documentation
    : Maintain clear records of experiments, code, and model performance.

Requirements

  • Degree in AI, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D.)
  • Strong Python skills; experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV
  • Background in deep learning, NLP, and vision-language modeling
  • Hands-on experience in designing, training, and optimizing AI models
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and high-performance computing environments
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Git
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
