Job description
  • Research and design AI models and algorithms with custom layers and advanced techniques to solve real-world problems.
  • Build custom datasets from real-life data, including preprocessing, cleaning, and annotation.
  • Train models on NVIDIA GPUs, optimizing performance with CUDA, TensorRT, and mixed precision.
  • Deploy models across multiple environments — local apps, on-prem servers, and cloud platforms.
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated training, testing, and deployment.
  • Focus on optimization and security, minimizing inference latency, memory footprint, and maximizing throughput.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain MLOps pipelines, ensuring scalability, reproducibility, and monitoring across the AI system.
Your skills and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Solid foundation in Python and familiarity with other modern programming languages.
  • Comfortable reading and writing technical documentation in English and collaborating in an English-speaking team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and self-driven, with a strong desire to explore and learn emerging AI technologies.
  • Basic understanding of machine learning principles, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision, time series, RAG model.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and evaluating model performance.
  • 1–3 years of experience in software or AI-related development.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with a Tech Lead within a team-based AI/ML project environment.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of AI Cloud (AWS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools.
  • Knowledge of big data platforms (e.g., Spark, Databricks) or data analysis tools (e.g., pandas).
