We are looking for a
Middle/Senior Back-end Engineer
with solid experience in
AI/NLP applications
to join our team. You will design and develop pipelines for processing text data, integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, and optimize retrieval and inference performance. This is a great opportunity to work on challenging projects that combine cutting-edge AI with scalable system design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements and design AI/NLP solutions.
  • Collaborate with PMs and team members to plan, implement, and report on progress.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for text processing and efficient information retrieval.
  • Integrate LLMs with databases, APIs, and SaaS platforms to enhance retrieval and inference.
  • Test and optimize pipelines, data processing modules, and LLM integration for performance and scalability.
  • Contribute ideas to improve system architecture and overall project efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    and
    SQL
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    vector databases
    (e.g., Weaviate, Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus).
  • Experience in
    RAG pipelines
    (retrieval-augmented generation).
  • Experience fine-tuning or adapting
    LLMs
    (e.g., LoRA, prompt engineering).
  • Knowledge of
    text data processing
    (preprocessing, embeddings, feature extraction).
  • Experience working with
    GPT-based or open-source LLMs
    (OpenAI, LLaMA, Mistral).
  • Ability to customize and extend
    low-code platforms
    (e.g., Dify, N8N).
  • Experience deploying on
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong understanding of
    SaaS integration and hybrid system architecture
    .

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with
    search and retrieval systems
    (e.g., Azure AI Search, Elastic).
  • Knowledge of
    LLM orchestration and workflows
    (multi-step pipelines, chatbot frameworks).
  • Familiarity with
    LLM evaluation/testing frameworks
    (Ragas, Promptfoo).
  • Background in
    MLOps for LLMs
    (lifecycle, monitoring, drift detection).
  • Experience with
    CI/CD pipelines
    (e.g., GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with
    monitoring and logging
    (e.g., Sentry, Grafana).

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science or Software Engineering
    .
  • At least
    3+ years of relevant experience
    in back-end engineering (AI/NLP focus).
  • Highly motivated to learn and adopt new technologies.
  • Strong communicator and collaborative team player
  • Fluent
    English
    (verbal & written)
