Business Development Manager – Vietnam

Role Overview:
This is a sales-driven role based in Vietnam, responsible for the growth, development, and support of Quin Global's adhesive product business across the Vietnam market. The primary focus is on building strong distributor partnerships, expanding customer reach, and driving revenue growth while delivering exceptional support to our partners and end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Direct Customer Management (Primary Focus)
• Drive direct sales growth across Vietnam by identifying and developing opportunities with industrial customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting, technical consultation, and quotation to closing and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key end-users to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on training to customers.
• Provide technical guidance and application support to resolve customer challenges.
• Gather market insights and customer feedback to support product development and marketing strategies.
• Establish a strong direct customer base that will form the foundation for future distributor partnerships.
Distribution Development (Future Phase)
•
Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish Quin Global's distribution network in Vietnam.
• Identify and onboard suitable distribution partners once the direct business achieves scale.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to new distributors to ensure consistent brand and sales performance.
• Work closely with distributors to set sales targets, conduct business reviews, and drive mutual growth
Key Accounts & Business Development:
- Identify and secure opportunities with high-value, complex industrial key accounts within Vietnam.
- Represent Quin Global at relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events locally.
- Conduct regular in-country travel to support distributors and end-users.
- Build market knowledge and provide technical/commercial solutions in core industries including:
- Joinery/Woodworking
- Flooring
- HVAC
- Composites
- Transport
- Construction
- Roofing
- Marine
- Work closely with R&D and management to deliver tailored adhesive solutions.
- Gather and report on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in NetSuite.
- Ensure all work complies with safety (OHS) regulations and internal policies.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs and performance metrics.
- Participate in online meetings and training sessions as required.
General Expectations:
· Possess own car transportation
· Prior experience in the woodworking or adhesive products industry is highly preferred
- Manage your time and responsibilities independently and effectively.

- Comply with your employment contract and all internal procedures.
