Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Employer Branding Manage end-to-end recruitment to ensure timely and quality hiring.Participate in interviews, conduct reference checks, and maintain candidate databases.Manage job postings, recruitment costs, and improve hiring processes.Organize job fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding activities.Conduct exit interviews and manage Management Trainee programs. Training & Development Organize onboarding and induction programs for new employees.Coordinate training needs with managers and deliver internal training programs. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Handle timekeeping, payroll, tax, insurance, and labor contracts.Maintain accurate employee records and advise employees on HR policies. Employee Relations & Performance Management Support disciplinary processes and performance management cycles.Collect, analyze performance results, and support employee engagement activities.Coordinate company events and employee benefits with Trade Union. HR Operations & Reporting Supervise HR team members and ensure smooth daily operations.Manage HR data and SAP processes for Grade 3 and above.Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, weekly reports).Support Store Managers in workforce planning and productivity improvement. Job Requirements University/College degree.Minimum 4 years of HR experience; 2–3 years in recruitment.Supervisory experience is a plus.Knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and recruitment channels.Ability to handle multiple hiring needs.Good English communication skills.Willing to work shifts and public holidays.
