**Mô tả cho vị trí HR Director - Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:

- Lập kế hoạch tuyển dụng & kế hoạch đào tạo nhân sự theo mục tiêu chung toàn Công ty (theo tháng/quý/năm)
- Xây dựng chiến lược nhân sự thu hút nhân tài
- Xây dựng chính sách đãi ngộ (lương + thưởng) + phúc lợi (BH, lễ tết, ) cho nhân viên trên toàn Công ty
- Xây dựng/thay đổi cơ cấu tổ chức & điều hành mọi hoạt động của phòng nhân sự
- Đề xuất ngân sách cho nhân sự của toàn Công ty
- Thực hiện các công việc khác từ cấp trên yêu cầu

**Yêu cầu cho vị trí HR Director - Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học Ngành Quản trị Nguồn nhân lực hoặc các ngành có liên quan
- Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm thực tiễn lên chiến lược, chính sách nhân sự, kiểm soát control,
- Có khả năng: Plan, compliance, Strategy, Employment policies trong các công ty sản xuất từ các công ty Châu Âu
- Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 3 năm trong ngành Dệt, Nhuộm, May mặc
- Sử dụng tiếng Anh tốt
- Hiểu rõ các chính sách và Luật quy định đối với tuyển dụng và đào tạo, lương thưởng, đãi ngộ, bảo hiểm

- Lương**:$2,500 - $3000**, tùy theo năng lực ứng viên
