- _Manages and performs all work related to the maintenance of ZPV buildings including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical and security of ZPV_.
- _Conduct and document regular facilities inspections_
- _Ensure compliance with health and safety standards_
- _Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency_
- _Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment_
- _Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency_
- _Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers_
- _Coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers_
- _Manage contractor and vendor relationships_
- _Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met_
- _Check completed work by contractors and vendors_
- _Ensure efficient utilization of facility maintenance staff_
- _Performance manage, develop and train staff_
- _Advise on and monitor energy efficiency_
- _Oversee environmental health and safety_
- _Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures_
- _Manage all services including, security and mechanical/ electrical/ building maintenance_
- _Health & safety management_
- _Fire safety procedures and compliance_
- _Ensuring site is secure_
- _Requires good verbal (including telephone) and written communication skills as well as the ability tread and remember details_

**_HSE_**
- _Supervisor the implementation of HSE in warehouse stie_
- _Develop and enhance of HSE awareness activities/campaigns_
- _Participate in development and maintain of procedures comply to client’s requirements_
- _Conducts periodic Hazard Analysis and Risks Assessments; Incidents and Accident Investigations (if any) and recommends prevention awareness programs accordingly_
- _Ensure and monitor the compliance of all regulatory requirements in the in-charge warehouse_
- _Coordinate with other HSE Officers, Department Heads and Line Managers to ensure staff and contractors adhere strictly to the safety rules and regulations._
- _Conduct Occupational Hygiene (OH) and environmental monitoring, inspection and assessment of work place and activities for existing or new installation and processes_
- _Ensures that all HSE monitoring equipment are in good condition and has been properly calibrated/maintained_
- _Assists in conducting annual refresher exercises on First Aid, Emergency Evacuation and Fire Drills and external trainings._
- _Develop and implements safety programs to provide the road map to Zero Injuries and world class performance_
- _Carry out orientation for new employees and refresh training for current employees on Safety, Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Security according to ZPVN requirements and customer at incharged site_
- _Ensure compliance HSE training develop fully and on time at incharged site_
- _Control hazardous waste document and make yearly report_

**_Responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm :_**
- _Reports to the North Operation Manager on a regular basis_
- _May perform other duties as assigned_
- _Follow GSDP/ GSP requirements in daily practices_
- _Coordinate in suppliers evaluation_
- _Take the initiative in setting up training plan employees in GSDP, Safety at work and other Technical issues_
- _Support relevant departments/ sections to make plans and carry out Validation and Calibration activity for the equipment as well improve procedures_
- _Responsible for facility maintenance_
- _Ensure warehouse equipment, machinery & accessories to be available for warehouse operations_
- _Responsible for DC Environmental control ( Heating Ventilation, Air-conditioning, Humidity), Utilities supply (Water, compress air, Electricity)_
- _Co-ordinate the project assigned to by Management team from time to time_
- _Building criteria for manufacturing supplies assessment_
- _Other tasks as per assignment of line manager/company_.

- _English Basic._
- _Computer skills, good at MS office._
- _Detail-oriented, accurate and trustworthy_
- _Persistent and industrious._
