- Compile safety programs.
- Provide information and guidance to Site Managers and staff on obligation in respect of occupational health and safety, ensuring consistency across all locations where construction activities are undertaken.
- Practice safe working techniques.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.
- Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent.
- Identify hazardous waste and disposing of it correctly.
- Promote safety initiatives.
- Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
- Document staff information, minutes of meetings, and reports compiled for management.
- Ensure timely completion of incident/ accident/ injury report, undertake incident and accident investigations, providing root cause and performance trend analysis, and recommend appropriate risk and hazard management strategies.
- Perform construction site safety compliance inspections and audits, including hazard analysis and safe work procedures, with written reports and recommendations for action.
- Regularly inspect equipment.
- Lead on daily safety tool box talks
- Compile and Prepare Project Reports - weekly and monthly

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- A Bachelor or College Degree in Health - Safety - Environment major or Engineering Degree.
- At least 5-year experience in HSE role in big factory or global projects.
- Proficient in English four skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
- Valid competency certificates.
- Registration as a Health and Safety Officer.
- Strong communication, self directed and analytical skills.
