- Lập kế hoạch, theo dõi, giám sát các vấn đề liên quan đến ATVSLĐ trong nhà máy và theo yêu cầu của pháp luật.
Planning, monitoring and supervising the issues related to HSE in the factory and as required by law.
- Quản lý hệ thống PCCC, theo dõi và triển khai các hoạt động liên quan đến công tác PCCC theo yêu cầu của pháp luật.
Managing the fire protection system, monitoring and implementing activities related to fire prevention and fighting as required by law.
- Phụ trách công tác khám sức khỏe cho toàn bộ nhà máy (bao gồm khám sức khỏe định kỳ, khám phát hiện bệnh nghề nghiệp), theo dõi hồ sơ khám cũng như đưa ra các hành động khắc phục (nếu có).
In charge of health examination for the entire factory (including periodical health check, occupational diseases), monitoring examination records as well as giving remedial actions (if any).
- Phụ trách công tác sơ cấp cứu, diễn tập sơ cấp cứu tại nhà máy.
In charge of first aid and first aid drills at the factory.
- Phụ trách công tác kiểm định các máy móc, thiết bị và quản lý hồ sơ thiết bị có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn lao động
In charge of the inspection of machinery and equipment and manage equipment records with strict requirements on occupational safety.
- Phụ trách huấn luyện an toàn nội bộ và theo Luật.
In charge of internal and external training.
- Phụ trách điều tra và thực hiện báo cáo về tai nạn lao động.
In charge of investigating and making reports on occupational accidents.
- Phụ trách công tác đánh giá rủi ro về ATVSLĐ và đề xuất biện pháp cải thiện.
In charge of risk assessment and corrective action plan.
- Lựa chọn, đề xuất phương tiện bảo hộ cá nhân phù hợp theo tùy đặc tính công việc và theo dõi việc cấp phát phương tiện bảo hộ cá nhân.
Select and propose suitable personal protective equipment depending on the characteristics of the job and track the provision of personal protective equipment.
- Thiết lập và thực hiện các chương trình đào tạo về an toàn lao động cho công nhân mới.
Establish and implement occupational safety training programs for new workers.
- Quản lý việc phân loại, thu gom, xử lý rác thải.
Manage the classification, collection and treatment of waste.
- Phụ trách các báo cáo theo quy định của pháp luật.
In charge of reports under the law.
- Các công việc có liên quan khác do cấp trên yêu cầu.
