Phát triển các chính sách giá, chiết khấu và chương trình hỗ trợ bán hàng cho kênh MT.

**2. Quản lý đội ngũ bán hàng**

Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và giám sát hiệu quả làm việc của đội ngũ nhân viên bán hàng tại kênh MT.

Đặt chỉ tiêu doanh số cho từng khu vực và theo dõi tiến độ đạt được.

**3. Quản lý quan hệ khách hàng (Key Account Management)**

Duy trì mối quan hệ với các đối tác hiện tại, đảm bảo sự hợp tác hiệu quả và lâu dài.

Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến giao hàng, chất lượng sản phẩm và dịch vụ.

**4. Theo dõi và phân tích doanh số**

Thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu bán hàng từ kênh MT để đánh giá hiệu quả chiến lược.

Đưa ra các đề xuất cải thiện dựa trên phân tích dữ liệu và phản hồi từ thị trường.

**5. Triển khai hoạt động trưng bày và khuyến mãi tại điểm bán (Trade Marketing)**

Giám sát việc trưng bày hàng hóa tại các siêu thị, cửa hàng tiện lợi đảm bảo đúng quy chuẩn thương hiệu.

Phối hợp với Marketing để tổ chức các chương trình khuyến mãi, sampling hoặc event tại điểm bán**.**

**6. Quản lý hàng tồn kho và logistic kênh MT**

Đảm bảo hàng hóa được cung cấp đầy đủ và đúng thời điểm tại các điểm bán.

Theo dõi và xử lý hàng tồn kho, điều phối hàng hóa giữa các khu vực.

**7. Báo cáo và đánh giá hiệu quả**

Báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình doanh số, tỷ lệ tăng trưởng và các vấn đề liên quan.

Đề xuất các cải tiến chiến lược bán hàng dựa trên kết quả thực tế.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Chỉ tuyển n a m**
- Có khoảng 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên ở vị trí tương tự tại các công ty ngành FMCG, chúng tôi chọn những ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong mặt hàng non food như tả bỉm, giấy sinh hoạt
- Tiếng anh tốt để bạn có thể giao tiếp với cấp trên là người Nhật và đối tác (nếu có)
- Bạn phải có khả năng đi công tác mặc dù tần xuất không nhiều.

**Phúc Lợi**:

- Mức lương từ: 45.000.000 đến 55.000.000 VNĐ, Có thể deal theo năng lực của bạn, chúng tôi sẵn sàng nếu bạn thực sự phù hợp về mặt năng lực.
- Thử việc: 2 tháng nhận 90% lương cứng.
- Các chế độ như Bảo Hiểm Xã Hội, Bảo Hiểm Sức Khoẻ, Company Trip
