**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Sales Manager will work closely with the executive team to shape and implement strategies that drive business growth. Leading a dedicated sales team, this role plays a pivotal role in expanding client partnerships and driving revenue in the BPO and technology services market.

- Identify new business opportunities in the customer support and BPO sectors.
- Expand the client base through targeted outreach and lead generation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Develop strategies aligned with organizational goals, working alongside executive leadership.
- Guide and mentor a team of three sales professionals to target and engage potential clients effectively.
- Establish and maintain a high-quality pipeline through consistent lead generation activities.
- Promote customer support solutions and additional services such as digital marketing, BI, and data analytics.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Update clients on new features and service enhancements regularly.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide feedback to the product team to enhance service offerings.
**REQUIREMENTS**
**Must-Have**:
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years in sales, strategic consulting, or business development.
- Proficiency in Japanese (N2 or higher) and strong English communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation and solution-based sales.
- Ability to create compelling business development strategies with financial and business insights.
**Nice-to-Have**:
- Familiarity with technology, data, and digital marketing solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and fostering growth in the BPO industry.
