**SALES MANAGER**
**Mô tả công việc**
- Expand and strengthen the B2B customer network, focusing on key industries such as FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, and Warehousing
- Negotiate and secure contracts with corporate clients (e.g., supermarket chains, manufacturers, and distributors) to drive revenue growth
- Provide consulting on B2B logistics solutions, including optimal transportation models, warehousing, and fulfillment services
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service execution, transparent tracking, and optimized lead times
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing B2B Sales team, setting clear KPIs and optimizing deal closure rates
- Analyze market data, monitor business performance, and propose pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
**Yêu cầu**
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in Logistics, Forwarding, or SaaS.
- Strong network and experience in FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, and Warehousing sectors.
- Proven ability in business development, lead generation, and customer pipeline management.
- Excellent negotiation, market expansion, and strategic sales skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with high sales targets
