- Kết nối với khách hàng thông qua dữ liệu công ty, ghi nhận và báo cáo hằng ngày.
- Khai thác và tìm kiếm thông tin khách hàng từ nhiều kênh khác nhau để xây dựng hệ thống khách hàng tiềm năng.
- Chủ động liên hệ với các khách hàng đang sử dụng sản phẩm dịch vụ để nắm tình hình, phát triển mối quan hệ tốt đẹp với khách hàng
- Nhanh chóng giải đáp thắc mắc, phàn nàn từ khách hàng và đưa ra giải pháp xử lý kịp thời.
- Chủ động cung cấp các thông tin về ưu đãi, khuyến mãi đến khách hàng cũ để họ tham khảo và có thể quay lại và tiếp tục sử dụng sản phẩm, dịch vụ.

- Lương cơ bản + hoa hồng

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung học phổ thông

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- ** Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 6 tháng trong lĩnh vực ngoại hối/ chứng khoán.**
- Có kinh nghiệm Sale/ tư vấn là một lợi thế.
- Giao tiếp linh hoạt, nhanh nhẹn.
- Nhiệt huyết, ham học hỏi, có ý chí cầu tiến.
