We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition (UA) Specialist to lead and optimize all performance marketing activities for the Chơi Ngay portal (both mobile and web). You will manage paid UA campaigns across key channels, experiment through A/B testing, and drive growth with a focus on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). This role requires a sharp analytical mindset, strong ownership, and the passion to grow games and platforms at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage UA campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Facebook, TikTok, ad networks ) for both mobile and web. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on ROAS, CPI, LTV and retention metrics.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Data teams to align campaign goals and creative angles.
- Research market trends and competitor UA strategies to find new growth opportunities.
- Generate regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in UA or performance marketing (preferably in mobile gaming or web apps).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset. Experience working with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust ) and analytics tools (GA4, Firebase, Looker ).
- Senior UA 1 Proficiency in A/B testing and growth experimentation methods.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Critical thinking and strong sense of ownership.

Nice-to-Have
- Background in gaming or entertainment industry.
- Hands-on experience with programmatic UA or influencer-driven UA.
- Familiarity with creative briefing and testing frameworks.
