NPD SPECIALIST (PACKAGING) - Vietnamese only, Shuttle bus

Job Summary:

- Conducts analysis and supports development activities to improve current or generate new products, components, equipment, systems, and processes.
- Communicates the results, conclusions and recommendations.
- Ensures efficient activities and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.


Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operations of the technical department to achieve the business objectives with the best efficiency in terms of quality, expenses, and resources.- Initiate development ideas for new products for the Sales Department based on the customers’ and consumers’ requirements.- Develop with other business units’ internal standards and specifications.- Build up a confidential system for developing products and specifications.- Develop new raw materials, suppliers, sourcing- Responsible for NPD General System Management- Recognizing customer expectations in relation to Food Safety Regulations- To execute all supporting activities of job requirements toward “safely producing the highest quality products and complying with legal requirements”.- Sustainability project developments

Job Requirements- Bachelor of Polymer Material Science (prefer) or similar chemistry.- At least 3 years of experience working in the Flexible Packaging industry- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with internal and external customers o Strong project management skills (resources, timing, etc.)- Capable of working under duress and collaborating with a team to achieve the best results- Capable of leading team members in NPD activities- Solid understanding of general system management (BRC, ISO, HACCP, etc.)- Effective English communication and writing skills with an external partner (oversea customer, supplier)
