We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our leadership team and manage our dedicated staff in providing unparalleled service to our valued members.

Job duties:

- Assisting the OM in the all areas such as hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating
- Reporting to the OM all the matters during his the absence.
- Maintaining all company’s safety, security, policy and procedures.
- Supervising and coordinating in all daily operation activities.
- Building loyalty and connection between clients and the club.
- Improving and creating the club’s service to ensure member’s satisfaction.
- Providing observation, supporting, training to develop team to reach common goals.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Having a degree/ diploma in Hospitality/ Hotel/ Business Management
- Having an experience of at least 3-4 years in luxury/ VIP service.
- Assistant and leadership experience 2-3 years
- Effective English communication.
- Not less then 27 years old
- Preferred: LGBT or male.
- Preferred experience as butlers/ FO/ concierge before.
