**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
Working as an IT Support & Administrator, you are expected to work independently or with team to solve any requests from end-users in the Company relating to IT device, network and server:
**IT Service**
- Receive requests and communicate with end users across all company offices for user requests, issues and solve them in timely manner.
- Maintain and upgrade PCs (hardware/software/connectivity) and other IT devices to ensure users’ devices are working properly.
- Monitor and maintain network & systems (Wireless, LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.), timely detect & fix any problems and ensure all networks are functioning securely.
- Maintain system security and ensuring all Workstations and Servers are updated with up-to-date OS and Antivirus patches.
- Manage and restore backup files on local (QNAP) and cloud (AWS) storage servers.
- Support and solve problems relating to IT Services, Network and Servers.

**IT Administration/Management**
- Provide recommendations and support purchasing process for IT equipment when required: Get quotation, compare prices and work with suppliers.
- Manage user accounts on Microsoft 365 packages (Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint, etc).
- Other tasks assigned by IT leaders and IT manager relating to system setups.

**Working place**:Unit D3-1, 3rd floor, Standard Factory D Lot Va.04b located on Road 24 & 17 Industrial Park within Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

**Working time **:7h00 AM- 4h00 PM, Monday - Friday

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Essential skills**:

- With Bachelor’s degree in IT related fields.
- **At least 5 years of proven working experience in IT Support/ Network Administrator position.**:

- **Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.**:

- Excellent knowledge in desktop operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, Linux and mobile OS.
- Solid experience and good knowledge in networking and server management.
- Good knowledge in system and network security.
- Proactively responding to users’ requests and complete the tasks in timely manner.
- Ability to work independently and at the same time supporting other team members.
- Ability to provide support at all times - even after-hours and weekends as needed.

**Desirable skills**:

- MCSA, MCITP, CCNA is preferred
- Experience in Cloud Services such as AWS, Azura, etc.
