PRODUCT: MUSIC EDUCATION FRANCHISE AND MUSICAL INSTRUMENT (NHƯỢNG QUYỀN GIÁO DỤC ÂM NHẠC VÀ NHẠC CỤ)
1/ Overall purpose
For Sales
- Reach sales targets
- Complete assigned company projects
- Develop sales channels through sales activities to dealers and consumers
For Music Education
- Understand Yamaha Music School Franchise Business
- Assist prospective franchise owners through the process of purchasing a franchise.
2/ Key responsibilities and duties
For Sales
- Reach sales targets:
- Drive dealers to reach sales commitment
- Support dealers in negotiation and closing sales
- Develop sale channels and build dealers networking
- Propose sales strategies and product display to comply with market change and company's objectives
- Support dealers to supply products to customers: Advise, propose solutions and provide product information timely and efficiently. Resolve additional problems, such as: bills, certificates, detective products, and some situations that exceed dealer's competences.
- Train dealers, and update Yamaha products' information and outstanding features
- Check and monitor products' displays in accordance with Yamaha's regulations
- Check and monitor price and promotion activities.
- Make periodic reports to comply with the company's regulations and manager requirements
- Other tasks are assigned by line manager
For Music Education
- Develop and contract along with franchise agreement and local regulations
- Coordinate and support music school activities/events
- Ensure the franchise performance optimization, qualification & relationship management with music school partners in the area.
- Coordinate site analytics, selection, and negotiation activities.
- Maintain and analyze records of franchise centre-level performance metrics and data with the effective solutions
- Ensure effective franchisee servicing and management
- Other tasks are assigned by line manager

3/ Required working experience
- At least 2 years, relevant working experience in Sales - B2B - dealers/ whole sellers in electronics and at least 2 years in franchise business development, educational franchise business is a plus
- Have knowledge and can play musical instrument is a plus
4/ Required qualifications
- At least Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration.
5/ Required languages
- English proficiency
