The Agile Project Management Executive is pivotal in driving projects that adhere to Agile principles and practices across GDS. This role demands proactive leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects deliver value and adhere to the company’s strategic goals. The Agile Project Management Executive will facilitate project planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, as well as ensure clear communication and collaboration are maintained across all stakeholders and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Agile Project Leadership: Facilitate the planning, execution, and closing of multiple concurrent projects using Agile methodologies. Maintain dependency plan between planned sprints across engineering, infrastructure, and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for project communications, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress, decisions, and challenges.
- Team Facilitation: Guide, coach, and motivate the project team members, fostering an environment of open communication and full transparency.
- Timeline Management: Make sure projects meeting deadlines and requirement within agreed timeframes.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and propose changes to increase project efficiencies and effectiveness. Champion and support Agile best practices, Scrum and Kanban frameworks, and new technologies.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance through relevant metrics and project statuses, report on possible improvements, and ensure the team’s continuous alignment with project objectives and deliverables.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile project management, ideally in a software development or IT environment.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with Lean methodologies.
- Strong technical background with understanding of software development cycles.
- Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management stakeholders.
