Coordinate internal resources and partners for the flawless execution of projects;
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, under the standards of quality;
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility;
Ensure resource availability and allocation;
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs;
Measure project performance;
Report and escalate as needed;
Manage the relationship with partners and all stakeholders;
Be the key contact to all the info in and out during the project's progress;
Perform risk estimation/ management to minimize project risks;
Review and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
Continuously contribute and advocate to improve internal processes, documents, and tooling.

Solid project management skills,

Good at processing loads of information, and handling multiple projects at once,

Energetic, enthusiastic in working in a fast-paced environment, being flexible and adaptive to changes,

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Being organized, keen on detail

Open minded

Good executing skill of Microsoft Office or similar and project management tools

For senior position, at least 4 years of experience as a project manager or tech lead/ supervisor
