- Calculate & control the selling price according Price List Approval.
- Review the accuracy Sale Order in each day, ensure that quantity order and price on Sale Order is same as Purchase Order.
- Ensure tax invoice and related documents to Account Department by smoothly.
- Record all of Purchase Order that receive in each day.
- Monthly collect the delivery plan from sales manager to provide the moving plan/ forecast to SC team.
- Weekly synthesize information from the sales team/Spec team about the market intelligence to report to Head of Commercial.
- Make daily sales & monthly closing day report to send to Head of Commercial & sales manager.
- Prepare, follow & record sales contract/letters/quotation/ bidding documents as request from sales team.
- Coordinate with sales team & Finance team to follow up the payment
- Other task assignments from Head.
