- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in both English and Vietnamese.
- Receive and respond to customer's feedback.
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, professionally, and politely.
- Assist other departments within the company as needed.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng
**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Experienced in customer care or call center is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (listening,speaking). Good English communication skills are a strong advantage. (English levelIELTS 5.5 - 6.5or equivalent)
- Empathy, patience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Skills in using computers and office software (Excel, Word).
- Own a laptop/PC to support Work From Home (WFH) in case of emergencies.
- Have responsibility, adaptability, and the ability to handle work pressure.
- Due to the nature of night shifts, the ability to manage schedules and workloads is necessary to maintain health and well-being during nighttime work.
- Night Shift 1 8PM - 4AM, Night Shift 2: 4AM - 12AM (5.5 days per week)
