**The Oversea Marketing Executive** is responsible for managing oversea campaigns and partnerships in international markets. This role focuses on working directly with overseas partners, and ensuring smooth execution of cross-border projects. Strong project management and communication skills are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**_ Partner Management:_**
- 1. Act as the primary contact point for international partners, including developers, eSports organizer, collaborators.
- 2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas stakeholders, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
- 3. Support the preparation of proposals and presentation materials for partnership acquisition opportunities.
- 4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, PR Booking, Customer Service) to develop compelling, well-structured pitches for oversea clients and partners.

Project Management:_**
- 1. Develop campaign timelines, track progress, manage budgets, and handle cross-functional collaboration.
- 2. Monitor performance metrics and deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights.

Cross-Cultural Communication:_**
- 1. Bridge communication between internal teams and foreign partners across time zones and cultures.
- 2. Facilitate smooth collaboration and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
