We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join our game publishing studio, being responsible for Card-Battle / Shooting games across SEA market. This role suits a dynamic professional with strong project management expertise, capable of leading and driving impactful campaigns that captivate gamers. Key responsibilities include:
- 1. Gaming Marketing Campaigns- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns tailored for the gaming audience, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
- Collaborate with creative branding, community, and UA teams to ensure campaigns resonate with players and align with the game’s identity.

2. Project Management
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing projects, including setting timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, design, PR, and partnerships) to deliver high-quality results.
- Anticipate and resolve roadblocks, ensuring projects stay on track.

**3. Community and Content Engagement**
- Collaborate with influencers, streamers, and content creators to amplify campaign reach.
- Work closely with community leader to ensure campaigns are well-received by players.

**4. Performance Monitoring**
- Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics relevant to the gaming industry, such as DAU/MAU, engagement rates, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to iterate on strategies for ongoing and future campaigns.

**5. Industry Trends & Innovation Research**
- Stay up-to-date with gaming industry trends, emerging platforms, and player behaviors.
- Explore innovative approaches to marketing and project execution to stay ahead of competitors.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the gaming industry.
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Deep understanding of gaming audiences, trends, and platforms (including Meta, Discord, YouTube, and TikTok).
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-focused campaigns.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience in gaming is a plus.
