**Role Overview**:

Working across a wide range of artists and music genres, the Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in creating, delivering, and coordinating digital marketing campaigns for MMusic & our projects, including the domestic releases. They will be tasked in developing fanbases online through effective content and community activation, empowering artists in communicating their identity within the online space, and in turn growing their overall audience, engagement, and discoverability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns for MMusic artists, songs, albums, and projects, blending traditional and modern strategies.
- Collaborate with artists, managers, and internal teams to build and enhance artist brands and ensure cohesive project execution.
- Plan and manage marketing strategies for single and album launches, including content creation, digital campaigns, and special events.
- Act as the primary liaison for artists and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
- Monitor budgets, oversee project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of campaign elements.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize results.
- Stay updated on digital trends and quickly adapt to capitalize on viral moments and market opportunities.
- Supervise and guide the marketing team to ensure efficient operations and successful execution of projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Love Music
- Degree in related field preferred
- 3-4 years of marketing experience, 1 year in the same level; Music Industry a plus,
- Be strategic, commercial, collaborative, and a team player
- Experience developing, creating, and implementing Marketing Plans. Influencer marketing knowledge.
- Experience in executing an idea from conception to execution.
- Organize, prioritize, and execute a wide range of tasks with heavy workloads and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Creativity and willingness to think outside the box
- Have a great understanding of a wide variety of social media including short-form content platforms (FB/IG Reels, YT Shorts, TikTok), online communities (Discord, Twitch, Reddit, fan-led pages on FB Groups/IG/X etc), streaming services, and other digital platforms, and their data analysis
- Fluent English in both written and spoken is a MUST
- Effective High Level Communication Skills (Written and Verbal).
- Experience working cross-functionally with a wider team.
