Art Manager, Vnggames

**Job Summary**:
Setting the visual tone for the game is the responsibility of the Art Director. Will be responsible for delivering exceptional work for a diverse range of clients and help lead a diverse team.

Lead the art team to deliver high-quality visual assets for AI games, AAA projects, and outsourcing clients. Define the artistic direction, including character design, environments, and animations,manage production pipelines ensuring that all visual elements align with the overall aesthetic vision

- Lead the creative strategy and vision across multiple gaming accounts and projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring work meets the highest standards of creativity and design

- Ensure all creative output is design-forward and aligned with client goals, guiding teams to produce visually compelling and strategically sound work

- Act as a trusted creative partner to senior-level stakeholders, advocating for innovative ideas and solutions while balancing business objectives
- Work closely with the Production team throughout gameplay art pipelines from conception to completion to ensure timelines and other needs for art teams are communicated effectively
- Directing and guiding the Game Art teams through the pipeline from conception to completion. Direction and feedback for gameplay content (Audio, VFX, UI) and maintain high quality and consistency across the overall art direction of the game
- Maintain a high-level view of the overall game arts pipeline and provide creative solutions for content and process from conception to completion

**Technical Expertise**:

- Provide Art Direction to Align product ecosystems using design systems and asset libraries.
- Define style guides and standards and improve gameplay related production pipelines
- Establish and maintain exceptional design standards across all visual communication channels
- Provide mentorship and coaching for team members including but not limited to: 1:1s, career developments, performance evaluations, and goal setting.

**Relationship**:

- Partner with the new business team to pitch and win new projects within the gaming sector, providing thought leadership and big-picture creative concepts

- Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them

**Yêu cầu**:

- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Design, or a related field (preferred)Knowledge of AI tools for art creation is a plus
- Genuine enthusiasm for gaming and creating experiences that excite and engage audiences.
- 10+ years of experience in senior creative roles, including 5+ years in a Art Director or Creative Director capacity, with a focus on gaming or interactive experiences.
- Experience working with or for gaming companies, studios, or brands. A deep understanding of gaming culture, player behaviors, and platform-specific engagement.
- Strong sense of design, deep understanding of foundational art principles, and a deep understanding of what makes a gameplay experience successful
- Keen production sensibilities, ability to collaborate on timelines and communicate with Production, Leads and team members on task duration and prioritization
- Experience working on or directing various art disciplines from conception to completion
- Understanding of game development tools like Unreal Engine or Unity
- Ability to inspire and lead teams.
- Ability to manage change across teams, organizations, and cultures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent presentation and client management skills, with experience leading high-stakes pitches and presentations.
